Provider Checklist
* Did I praise a child today?
* Did I smile today?
* Did I have a positive attitude today?
* Did I set realistic goals for each child today?
* Did I provide the children an opportunity each day to express themselves creatively through art, music, dramatic play, etc.?
* Did I encourage the children to talk about their feelings today? (i.e. when they were angry, sad, etc.)
* Did I remember to state rules positively?
* Did I read to children every day?
* Did I remember to be consistent when disciplining the children?
* Did I remember to share positive comments with each child's parent every day?
* Did I remember to give the children transition time between activities?
* Did I remember to ask the children open-ended questions such as, "Tell me about your picture", to encourage them to share experiences?
* Did I allow the children to work at their own pace an ability?
* Did I encourage the children to try new activities?
* Did I remember to plan time during each day when the children choose their own activities?
* Did I encourage the children to clean up after themselves and to try to do some things independently?
